Mike Vitale
How can we describe this guy??
Mike Vitale reached out to us several years ago, and we checked out his music on YouTube. We were blown away by his interpretations of songs we loved and impressed by his ability to create multi-layered music in real time (looping) — a one-man band with a hot guitar and wonderful voice, busking in LA.
We checked out his website and found that he wrote and produced his own original music (in studio with musicians as needed). Very slick and professional (in the best sense of the words) and available through Spotify and most other music services. I guess you’d call it folk pop or maybe adult indie rock.
Here’s how he describes himself:
I am a storyteller, singer, songwriter, music producer, traveling musician, Jungian dream analyst, all-around curious fellow (Spiritual, Mathematical Historical, Scientific), Taoist, and much much more, based out of Los Angeles, California. I’m constantly releasing new music, in all sorts of different genres.
We put him on our list for a possible future barn concert, kept in touch, and continued to follow his music online. Last year he posted a bunch of videos of solo performances of Latin and classical guitar pieces, and more diverse covers of songs from all over the musical map, and we were astounded by the range of his musical talents. You will have to hear him for yourself!

Exhibit Services & Eggs
Andy and Peg Granitto are retired from the Yakima Valley Museum,
where they developed, designed, fabricated and installed exhibitions.
Andy has over 30 years experience in exhibition development, design, and production
— following 10 years in carpentry, cabinet-making, and renovation contracting.
He has earned multiple degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder
(Art History, Anthropology, and Museum Science).
Peg was his exhibit technician and assistant at Yakima Valley Museum for 15 years.
Happy Hen, LLC is their freelance exhibition design and consultation service.
While they had intended to do much freelance work after leaving YVM,
they have found that working on the ranch and feathering their nest in the barn
is more enjoyable and fulfilling. But we do provide exhibit services.
